How to install Lining Bricks to the ball mill inner wall?

1. First clean the inner wall of the ball mill. And there is no any unnecessary bricks, iron scales, etc. No concave is allowed on the inner cylinder surface. The inner wall has to be coarse to ensure the adhesive capacity of the cements later on.

2. Prepare white cement and epoxy Resin (425# white cement is recommended) for fixture. Install must start with  the end surface. Both ends are recommended to use rectangular bricks and half-rectangular bricks. Combination of rectangular bricks and ladder Bricks are suggested to apply to the main cylinder body of ball mill with alternate arrangement, thus to make sure each lining brick attach to the inner wall tightly.

3.When it comes to last row and space not enough for rectangular bricks, use thin bricks fill up the gap.


4.Apply white cement for seal. The last step is to clean whole surface of the ball mill to finish the fixture process.
