Description of Cement
High alumina refractory castable has the high refractories, compressive strength and softening temperature under load, it is used to build a various large-scale blast furnace, such as steel making furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnaces and rotary kilns and so on. Various high-temperature burner lining, banding lining of heating furnace water pipe, the high-temperature wear-resistant lining of steel smelting furnace refining device parts and petrochemical catalytic cracking reactor; lining of blast furnace tapping, smelting furnace tapping, integral powder spray gun for hot metal pretreatment. And it can also be used to make the large prefabricated blocks and furnace linings.
Advantage of High Alumina Refractory Castable
> Low water use for construction, usually 6-7% of the refractory castable, so it has high density and low porosity.
> Good Volume Stability at high temperature, although it is a non-burning refractory material, after drying and calcination, the volume will not decrease.
> High normal temperature curing strength, and the strength will not decrease through the medium and high-temperature treatment, the value of strength is 3-5 times than the traditional refractory castable materials.
> Cement use is low, the calcium content in the castable materials is only 1/4-1/3 of traditional fire resistance material. Therefore, the number of low-melting phases in low-cement castable reduced, the high-temperature function can be significantly improved.
